A: We do not issue refunds however we understand that unexpected circumstances do arise. If you are unable to go ahead for any reason, you can reschedule your service within 12 months from the date you pay your deposit . Alternatively, any payment you’ve made can be transferred to another person if this is done prior to the commencement of your service.
